Our very experienced Customer Service staff works closely with both the manufacturer and the customer providing detailed information regarding order entry, shipments, order tracking, returns, and payments. In depth knowledge of each of our accounts allows you to leave the communication to us!

We are continually investing in our infrastructure necessary to make sure we are capable of communicating with the business systems of both customers and manufacturers. Our EDI capabilities eliminate any need for manual entry. This system also allows us to quickly achieve compliance with all of our trading partners. POS information can be received and easily translated.
